I think you need a longer tube if you want that cock to stretch long.. I use a fifteen inch tube, I leave the vacuum on for 15 minutes, release it, massage my cock for about 4 minutes and then pump it up again and leave the vacuum on for another 15 minutes.. I repeat the process over four or five times.. it works for me and has thickened my girth and increased the length, I've got between 8.5 and 9 inches now.
